Online Services Help

This section will help you with regards to the online services provided by Partners in Planning. We have created this area to help you general useage of the site and to provide you with the correct contact information you need to help you with these services.

Logging on to the corporate website:

For Partners in Planning Representatives gaining access to the private intranet, you can simply go to www.partnersinplanning.com and enter your username and password in the 'rep logon' form on the homepage.

Obtaining your username and password:

If you do not have your username and password or have simply forgotten it, then retrieving it is done by going to www.partnersinplanning.com and clicking on the 'retrieve password' link under the 'rep logon' form on the home page.

You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and click the 'submit' button. Once you've clicked on 'submit', you should see a confirmation that your username and password was sent successfully to your email address. Now you must access your email program where your username and password will be waiting for you, once you've received it you can go to the home page and use the 'rep logon' form to gain access to the private intranet.

If you clicked on the 'retrieve password' link and supplied your email address and you receive a message on the screen saying that the account could not be found, then chances are you are using an email address that does not coincide with what has been specified in your rep profile or your mis-typed your email address. If you discover that you typed the email address correctly, then contact

and let them know what email address you use primarily and they will change it.

Changing your password:

Changing your password is simple, first you must have received your new password see 'obtaining your username and password' above. On the homepage of the PIP website click on the 'Change Password' link and you will be taken to a page that asks you to provide your username, old password and your new password (twice). Once you have entered all the information click the submit button and you should receive a success message saying that you will now have to use your new password when logging on.

If you receive an error when trying to change your password, please read the information beside the change password form. It will highlight what you are allowed and not allowed to use when setting up your password. Also, be sure that you are entering your username, old password, and your new password twice.

Accessing your portfolio using Home Consumer:

If you are having problems accessing your portfolio using Home Consumer please contact

and notify them that you are having trouble accessing your portfolio in Home Consumer. The advisor services team will be able to help you gain access to your portfolio.

Please note: That your username and password for Home Consumer did not change when the PIP website was redesigned. You will continue to use your old username and password.

Accessing WebRep:

If you are having troubles accessing WebRep please contact:

and inform them that you are having trouble accessing WebRep.

Please note:

WebRep did not change at all with the newly designed PIP website. You will continue to use the username and password for WebRep that you have always been using. Also, the username and password that you use for accessing the website is not the same as the one you will use to access WebRep.
